Phudge Highbulp I

Phudge Bulp I (? AC - ? AC) was an Aghar Dwarf was was the Highbulp of Clan Bulp in Xak Tsaroth. He was considered to have more intelligence than the other dwarves around him. A notorious coward with a weakness for fine clothing. He always wore a tarnished crown that was about three sizes too big for him. If you ask his wife Bupu Bulp, he looks similar to Caramon Majere.
"Heavy, frayed gold cloth adorns the hall. Statues line the walls, and carpets of every color and description form a patchwork covering the floor. At the west end, a huge throne sits, its gold leaf flaking badly from its carved frame. A shriveled figure, nodding beneath a tarnished crown three sizes too big for him, sits buried in robes on the throne. Four armed dwarves, their heads rattling inside their helmets, stand beside their king."

War of the Lance :
During the War of the Lance, Phudge's people were enslaved by the Draconians and Khisanth, and Phudge hated them for it. Phudge knowing they could not stand up to them, nor wanting to, had his people dig for the dragon and her minions. Eventually Bupu brought the Heroes of the Lance to him, and asked for his assistance in overthrowing the Black Dragon. Phudge agreed, but would betray the heroes to Khisanth. The heroes would defeat her though, and his people were free.
