New Trait: Whaling: The whaling spear has a very specific purpose, killing sky whales. Its lengthy reload process, bulk and general size make it unattractive as a purpose weapon. However its spear tip is actually loaded with a heavy amount of gunpowder that can be used on an helpless enemy (such as a properly mounted and restrained sky whale). The harpoon gains the following action
Fire: >>> (3 actions) Requirement: The target is helpless The whaling harpoon fires a concussive blast of gunpowder in the tube, blasting the harpoon tip straight into the creature. The damage dice for this attack becomes 4d12 and it gains the following traits: Concussive, Deadly D12. If used against a creature of huge size or larger that is properly restrained, the attack is an automatic critical hit. This attack is unaffected by any runes the weapon might have. The spear is useless as a weapon after it is fired until reloading uses 3 interact actions.

A special poison used against sky whales, often coated on the restraining harpoons that are used to reel them in, that completely numbs the animal to pain. All sky whales treat their roll against this poison as 2 levels of success lower then normal, as the poison was specifically magically engineered to effect them quickly and efficiently. Any non-whale creatures afflicted with this cut the maximum duration in half and ignore the drained condition.
