The Fauna of Krya

Krya is a land of strange creatures and stranger landscapes. On its surface dinosaurs and monsters roam, raptors stalk the planes and massive megafauna in the north provide for the savage people of that land. In the oceans strange beasts and weird fish-like creatures stalk and feed, often targeting ships and sailors. In the sky great floating kelp-like forests conceal massive sky whales and other floating organisms that call them home. The fauna of Krya has only gotten stranger since the Shattering, as now massive fissures in the ground lead to monsters stalking the land at night. These monsters defy logic, do not fit into existing food chains, and attack anything on sight. Some sections of the frontier remain normal except for their scourge at night. Others, however, have changed the environment so drastically around them that its barely recognizable as Krya. The behemoths of old still stalk the lands, changed, and now they themselves are joined by the re-animated gods.
