Pendent of Memories

Dracula, after death, kept none of his worldly possessions aside from one pendent. What was once a hefty pocket watch, has now been fashioned into an oval pendant with a smooth underbelly has the ability to be opened. The top of the pendant is adored in a deep azure gem that has been smoothed and polished. It’s smooth to the touch and emits a gentle warmth. The underside of the pendent is a smooth silver with an eagle, wings outstretched and sitting atop of a single brick tower, etched into it. There is also a mechanism that allows for the pendant to be connected to someone’s shirt or a chain. The pendant, when opens, doubles as a pocket watch and a place to hold incredibly thin and small items like paper. Currently, pressed inside of the pendent is an incredibly frayed, cracked and discolored sepia photo. It’s virtually impossible to see what was once in the photo, but Dracula vividly remembers what was inside. It was once a picture of the royal family, his family. Despite there being virtually nothing on the photo and the clock being broken from years of use, Dracula is still incredible protective over his pendent. He is never seen without it so, to those who encounter Dracula, even when he has changed shape, look for the blue pendent.
