A big siege, fought between 4 different armies. The Sunsand Legion, The shadow elves, the blood skinned horde and the warhord of Paii. The battle itself was fought in the burning heat of the desert sun, and thousands of lives were lost.

On the 13th day of lightyear, a warm early summer day in the most harsh desert of the world. All seemed normal through the entire morning in the giant capital, Aabaa El Aabrash, the home of the Sunsand Legion. But suddenly, in the distance, through the heatwaves above the sand, the guards saw something. Something weird, coming closer and closer. After a few minutes of it coming just slowly closer and closer, the guards at the gates could finally see that it was a black horse pulling a cart. As it came even closer, the guards could now see this horse was not just a normal horse. Black smoke came off its skin like it had just been into a fire. And the cart it was pulling was a cage. As the horse came up to the guards, it slowed down and started walking. Then it slowly turned to its left and stopped, just in front of the guards, so that the guards of the gate could easily see what was in this cage.   From inside the cage came a moaning of pain, and sounds calling for relief. It was an ogre. A people native to the north, snow-covered lands. People evolved to live in very cold climates. And now this one was in a cage, with no water, and nowhere to escape the sun of the most harsh desert of the world. And he was slowly dying. The guards were confused and shocked, for what was the meaning of this? As they finally pulled their eyes from this torture scene and looked back to the dunes where it had come from, they now saw tens, if not hundreds of these horses running towards them with cages behind them. Cages all filled with these ogres longing for death.   The guards standing outside the gate quickly opened it and ran in, and up to the wall. All had a feeling something much worse was on the way. As the horse came running down the dunes, finally something else showed up from behind the tall dunes of the sun sands. A black army. Quickly a guard located in a tower, to the right of the wall put his lips to a horn and called. A loud deep sound came out of the horn. And very soon after, bells were heard from all around the city. Bells signal all the women and children to seek cover inside and all the able men to grab arms and be ready to defend the city.   Short after, from the palace in the middle of Aabaa El Aabrash came the emperor, Qusaa Al-Shaaqi riding in his golden armour. He quickly jumped off his horse when he came to the wall. The streets around were quickly starting to fill up with armed men, ready to defend their homes against whatever there was on the other side of that wall. As Qusaa came up the stairs and up to the wall he quickly saw why the horn had been called. Outside his wall, about 300-400 meters away was a giant black army, looking like a blanket over the sand. In Front of the thousands of black warriors was one who had walked in front. A person that Qusaa knew should have been dead 3 years ago, if the rumors and stories he had heard were correct. Viessa, the queen of the shadow dent. She slowly walked closer, as her army stood still behind her, looking ready as ever to storm the city.   As she finally came close enough to the wall, she stopped. About 100 meters from it. All archers around Qusaa had already pulled arrows and were ready to fire at Qusaa’s word. She just stood there for a minute, looking around, between the guards on the wall, and the moaning ogres in cages in front of the wall. Qusaa knew what she was doing. It was an invitation. He quickly turned around, and walked back down the stairs, right to the gate. He ordered his men to open it just enough so that he could get out. And there it was. Qusaa was outside, standing face-to-face with the queen of greed and shadows.   “What do you want?” He asked calmly, with crossed arms, trying to show control by not grabbing his sword.   She just looked at him for a few seconds, with a smile before responding. “You have something here I need… and I want you to bring it to me now, or I will tear this entire city down, having my army slaughtering anyone inside while I go grab it myself.” She said with the most calm smile, keeping her red eyes directly on Qusaa’s eyes.   “I will not be giving you anything. And you can try and take it if you want. But I know that you have already been beaten once, so I intend to do it again. But unlike the wood elf queen, I intend to do it for good.” Qusaa responded with full confidence, looking Viessa straight back in the eyes. As he talked, Viessa's smile faded, and her red eyes started smoking. Suddenly her eyes switched colour and started to become purple. And with the blink of an eye, her hand shot up engulfed in a purple-like fire, that she quickly tried to throw at Qusaa. Qusaa knew it was coming, and easily redirected her hand with a kick of his foot, making the blast hit the wall behind him.   Quickly Viessa's legs became engulfed in a purple smoke, and she started flying up around 15 meters above the ground, and from her came an earpiece scream. The scream quickly got a response from her army, which started charging towards the city wall. From behind the dunes where Viessa's army came charging from, came giant black and purple burning rocks flying, shot by some kind of catapult. Crashing down into the city. And from the city came waves of arrows shot by hundreds of guards on the walls. From the towers within the city were the catapults of the shadow elves responded to by giant ballistas. Behind Qusaa the gate sprung open, and out came thousands of Legionnaire warriors that made a wall of shields and spears right behind their emperor to protect their home.   Qusaa himself had now readied his sword and stood ready to greet the oncoming army of elves. But before the two armies clashed together, a horn was heard from the west. Silence quickly spread across the two armies, as they now waited to find out where this sound came from. From the west, behind the dunes came a giant beast, around 5 meters from ground to shoulder, standing on all fours. The beast itself was roaring and slamming the ground violently. As it came to the top of the dune, and saw the two armies now giving this single creature their entire attention. It stood up on its two hind legs, and from it came a ground-shaking roar. And from behind it came another army charging. An army of satyrs ran violently down towards both the army of Viessa and Qusaa. The same did the giant beast, the beast that both Qusaa and Viessa knew was Paii, the god of pain, suffering and hatred. The western part of Qusaa’s army now pointed their shields and spears towards Paii’s army, ready for their charge. Viessa's army split, half running towards Aabaa El Aabrash and Qusaa, and the other running towards Paii’s army. Only a few moments later, the armies all clashed together. Qusaa standing in front of his army fighting the many shadow elves that just kept coming. Viessa was still floating above the ground, throwing powerful magical blasts against both Paii’s army and the wall of legionnaires in front of the city.   The fighting went on and on. Shadow elves kept coming and coming. Paii was running a rampage through the many shadow elves, and his army was fighting filled with hatred. The legionnaires were still standing in a wall of shields and spears, yet underneath them, a hill of bodies, both belonging to shadow elves, satyrs and legionnaires, became higher and higher. Every time a legionnaire was killed, the one behind him would step in and take his place. Arrows kept flying from the walls. Ballistas were firing, killing hundreds and hundreds. The black and purple stones thrown by catapults behind the dunes were still focused on the city itself. And after what felt like an eternity of fighting and death. Something burning came flying from the east and crashed down right in the middle of all the fighting. Through the sounds of screams, clashing metal and death, something else could be heard in the distance. Drums, and horns. Another giant burning rock came flying, hitting directly into the wall, making a part of the wall behind the legionnaires crumble. And from the dunes, where these giant boulders were thrown came yet another army.   An army of red. The blood-skinned horde had come as well. Gorbag Stonehead had come with his hord as well now. Next to him stood a general redling with a horn, and as he blew in the horn, the entire army of blood-skinned orcs and redlings came charging down as well. Now the wall of legionnaire had to split one more time, to be ready for the newly arrived orcs. But so did Viessa. She quickly flew towards the orcs and started focusing her power on them, as she knew they were all fresh, as they had just arrived. The fighting went on like this for so long. Qusaa and his army started winning ground in the centre, where they were fighting the shadow elves, who were struggling, fighting on three fronts. But suddenly Qusaa was standing face to face with Paii who had been running a rampage, trembling hundreds, if not thousands of shadow elves in his rage. But as he saw Qusaa he stopped for a second, before ignoring all the different shadow elves around him, charging directly towards Qusaa. Qusaa quickly jumped to the side, resulting in Paii running directly into the wall of Legionnaires, making them fly around. He stopped, looking frantically around, before turning around, again directly towards Qusaa. From Paii’s face, blood was running down, as multiple spears had pierced his skin, and were now just hanging from his face. But he was unfazed by the spears, and yet again charged directly at Qusaa. This time hitting him directly, making him fly at least 10 meters away, before crashing down. As he opened his eyes again, Paii was yet again charging directly at him, making the shadow elves all jump away. Paii quickly grabbed Qusaa and started slamming him around, before throwing him towards the city, and as he landed, everything turned black.   Viessa was still fighting the blood-skinned. But after hours of fighting, she stopped up and looked around. Her army was losing on all three sides. She flew further up, hovering around 20 meters above ground, before screaming out. Around her purple flames started engulfing her in a swirling ball of black smoke and purple flames. From within the ball giant purple fireballs came shooting out from all sides. Hitting both the satyrs, the orcs, the goblins and the legionnaires. Every time one hit, a giant explosion happened, and people, arms, legs and heads flew around. Quickly hundreds of both satyrs and the blood-skinned were dead. One of the balls hit Paii directly, sending the massive monster flying. As he landed he didn't move. Quickly the satyrs around him started dragging him away, while the rest of the satyrs retreated. Gorbag also quickly called his army to a retreat, as he saw how the queen of shadows tore through them.   The legionnaires quickly fell as well. Many started running back into the city to find their family. Either to say a desperate farewell before the inevitable death, or try and make a desperate escape through the west. After 20 minutes of this and multiple thousands of deaths, The ball disappeared, and Viessa started descending to the ground again. As she came down, they started walking towards the gate, which she tore off with powerful magic, letting her army loose in the city to slaughter and rape whoever they could find.   Viessa knew exactly where she was going. Straight down to the palace in the middle of the giant city. Every time a brave legionnaire attempted to do a desperate attack, she tore them apart. As she came to the temple, she walked into the massive hall. In the middle of the giant room, there is a big circular floor decoration. She walked in the middle of it, before floating up and blasting another burning fireball into the middle of it. This now showed a giant hole, going directly down into some kind of dungeon,   This is what she was looking for. Down there she found both Mala, goddess of wrong and fear, and Ohena, goddess of beauty, pleasure and lies, locked into a magical prison cell, that was kept up by a crystal in the middle of the room. As Ohena saw Viessa, she knew what it meant, and started desperately banging on the forcefield keeping her in. But she could do nothing. Viessa quickly stopped the crystal, freeing both demigods and shot a blast of magic towards the weak Ohena that locked her to the wall. Viessa kept her hand up, holding Ohena locked to the wall, and started slowly walking over to her. Mala didn't move but merely looked upon what was happening. She was too weak to do anything. As Viessa finally made it over to Ohena, who was desperately struggling, wasting her last energy trying to get out. Viessa placed a hand on the chest of Ohena while smiling. As soon as the hand landed on the chest of Ohena, white light started glowing out between the hand and the chest. Ohena screamed in pain, and her eyes turned completely upside down, glowing white. After a minute of this, Viessa finally let go of her grab, and Ohena fell lifelessly to the ground. She turned around toward Mala, who had managed to get to her feet. Mala looked back at Viessa, and Viessa smiled, before lifting from the ground, and quickly flew out, through the hole she made. Out to gather her army and leave the ruined city.
