Beliefs

To the followers of this belief, there is a god for every star in the sky, and the stars glow because it is each god's eye. Watching.   The brighter stars are thought to be the more important gods, all focused on the world of Kronis. Aerunsius believes in the might of Morosians, and predestined them to be the conquerors of the world in its entirety. Each god actively supports their followers so that they may help their nation achieve greatness. Anything less is considered a failure, and brings the world ever closer to complete destruction.

Founding

As an ancient Pantheon the founding of this religion is likely tied to the conglomerations of multiple different beliefs in ancient days. Notably, this religion shares many similarities with the Aetian Pantheon, and it is believed these two were linked in early days.

History

This religion gave Morosians a kind of ego that led them to believe they were destined to conquer the world and were favored by the gods, and so led them to their conquests we now know. Morosia did in fact go on to conquer most of the known world, but it also collapsed before utterly dominating the continents at all corners. Ever since the collapse of the Morosian Empire, The Center of the World has not been as widely supported. Nations which took on this religion have been adapting it to their realities nowadays as the general consensus is now that no one it destined for such feats as world domination. It has evolved into a more tolerant religion.

Enforcement

During the prime days of expansion under the Morosian Empire, this religion was widely promoted. Any of those who did not actively at least acknowledge many of the beliefs were bullied and persecuted by their peers. Many followers were simply zealous enough, temped by the power of the gods to achieve personal greatness, that they would enforce The Center of the Universe without very much state backing needed. Morosia's government indeed did little to institutionalize any form of enforcement, but it was spread widely regardless.
