Beliefs
Rhodion is the ultimate being for fortune. He is sometimes mischievous, generous, or both. Rhodion is believed to guide the Ghiskans brave enough to sail the endless seas to the east and south and ensures that most return home. Above all else, Rhodion sees the potential for interconnectedness between Ghiska and its neighbors, and so the people have interpreted his wishes through the pursuit of trade.Founding
It is entirely unknown when this religion developed. Ghiska's sole religion is believed to have become widespread in Ghiskan society around 300 BR when the first ships made contact with far away sources. Ghiskan religion is purely associated with the culture in general, so it's simply called Ghiskan.History
The Ghiskan Religion is perhaps the oldest monotheistic religion in existence. From unknown origins, it predated any traces of Nabuelism by at least 500 years and more likely by 1000. Ghiskan spread to the extent of Ghiska's borders by 100 AR, and then expanded to Ghiska's main trading partner - Zurem. Zurem then took the concept of Rhodion and developed their own theology around their local lakes, rivers, and coastline.Enforcement
On the contrary, the Ghiskans openly tolerate and welcome other beliefs with the acknowledgement that no good Ghiskan would betray their core belief. To be so successful in world trade, the Ghiskan merchants were understanding and made it a point to tolerate foreign customs and religion.
