Dmitrov Principality 10 AR - Present

Dmitrov, despite its size, is a Rhalan principality located in the northwest of Severon.  They are known for having interacted considerably with the Slintan, Cytos & Knoros, and later Makan people who occupied domains to their south.

History

Dmitrov was never little more than a city state in truth, but it was the only significant power in the entire region. Occasionally they would muster enough charismatic power to persuade the surrounding towns and cities to raise a force and conquer land, such as against Cytos in 140 AR, Tyros and Slint in 260 AR, and The Mako Empire of the West in 760 AR.
Dated in 805 AR, the Treaty of Pan-Dmitri headed by Dmitri XXXVII created a semi-centralized principality.
