Under the Seletuine Empire the Aetian Pantheon was uplifted to the de facto state religion, and even spread into Poscaean territory under the Seleutine conquests. Likewise, the Aetian Pantheon follows where the Aetian people go. The occupation of Sria under the Seleutines in the south, the colonies settled by Amphi in the north, and everything in between saw the natural spread of the religion. In fact, the Aetian pantheon is now followed almost by more people outside the culture - Poscaeans, Morosians, Ismatians, Iananosians, Ghiskans - than Aetians themselves.

Beliefs
The belief in Mias is not all too unlike the concept of karma. Doing good puts you in his favor, to be rewarded later in life, and doing bad likewise does not destine you for a good time. He is believed to walk amongst the stars, which is his domain. Aiox notably occupies the opposite of Mias' domain, also cosmic in nature. Aiox's realm is the infinite void beneath the starts (the Aetians understand the concept of the world being a planet, but that it is notably at the edge of the domain of the stars so that they appear above, while the starless abyss is below the planet)Founding
The Aetian Pantheon was founded like many others, originating largely from folk tales and stories, and evolved into institutions supported by cities and governments. Thus, no single person is credited with its conception, and consistency in the legends of the religion can vary widely.History
The Aetian Pantheon was supported by the numerous clans and later city states in and around the Aetian Peninsula. The Aetian Pantheon is largely represented through their art and music, and is evidently not represented well in government. For some time it was believed that the early Aetian governments were in fact staunchly atheist, but there is little evidence in either case of this claim.Under the Seletuine Empire the Aetian Pantheon was uplifted to the de facto state religion, and even spread into Poscaean territory under the Seleutine conquests. Enforcement
The Aetians never really focused on spreading their pantheon, but it naturally followed where some settlers went. In recent times many Aetian people are slowly adapting to the new state religion of the Alexian Empire - Dominion.
