The Fortunes Treaty

The second document of The Fortunes Compact this document ensures two things:

• [One- the nations of the compact will not wage war on one another lest all other nations of the compact agree that the offense in question truly warrants the deaths of the people of its member nations /li]

• Two-the governing authorities of any member nation who lose a conflict with another member nation that has been duly sanctioned by the other member nations will be stripped of all power and executed to be replaced by members from among the noble class of the losing member nation as payment for the blood of the innocent spilled in their conflict
