Dwe Kadrin
The city of Three Passes, lying below the mighty Dwagi fortress of Karak Dumgril this Umgri city is a hub of trade and culture.
Demographics
Mostly Umgri with a decent amount of Dwagi and minorities of most other species.
Government
The city is broken up into districts and guilds. Districts gain an amount of representatives based on population and product output. Representatives are usually, merchants, businessmen, nobles, or on rare occasions a person who has nominated themselves (a peasant most likely). Representatives then will vote on a Prince-Mayor often choosing between only a select few Houses. Minority districts such as a human district or elgeri district often operate with more autonomy and are ruled by an Elector.
Guiilds
Guilds have a Guildmaster at their head, they generally have less power than district representatives. They are mostly to represent the interests of a certain profession, such as the Miner's Guild, or the Merchants Guild.Infrastructure
Dwe Kadrin has several factories, creating simple things like furniture, fabrics, and other consumer goods. Dwe Kadrin has a sewer system that empties down the side of a mountain. The roads in Dwe Kadrin are made exceptionally well as they were mostly made by dwagi. Dwe Kadrin has an airship dock that can support as many as 50 airships at one time, plans to expand this dockyard are in the making.
