Crucifer Ships arrive at Mar'Ankar and immediately launch a magical volley at the city walls. The Magisters on board the ships quickly destroy the city walls, and the small contingency of Crucifers charge inside. Within a few hours, the city is defeated.   Sources estimate the Crucifers killed some 2,000 cultists inside the city walls, while only losing 49 of their own. Many of those inside likely died from the initial volley from the Magisters.   The city is set aflame, to ensure there are no survivors. Alexander dispatches the three Not-Seen to track down any surviving cultists on the mainland, including Zerzund of Invil, who had not been in the city.
