Ambasador Culbrun

A member of Luania's High Council , she is in charge of Luania's relations with the rest of the world. Most of her decisions revolve around refuges, suspicius travelers and tribes of the dessert. Howeverwith every chanvce she gets she travels to far-off kingdoms representing the City's interests or in many cases her own. However no-one knows the international political scene better than her and her friendly ties with many civilizations (stengthened by her ability to speak a lot of languages) make it realy hard for anyone to compete with her.
