The party elects to purchase a boat from Quirella the Boatwright. With Frigus at the helm, they sail around to the north side of the Isle, where they find the tunnel Gaius had told them about.
They venture into the island, climb up into the abandoned jail. They step outside and prepare to enter the Mansion.
