The Primordial Cornerstone

The Primordial Cornerstone is the artifact created by Traa, when she embued her Essence into it. It shattered into six shards when the Orvax killed her.

Though the Cornerstone's power far exceeds this, a mortal attempting to wield it may be destroyed by it. If not, they can cast Wish using it a single time, with no possibility of adverse consequences, except that the mortal will never have the ability to cast any spell of any level ever again, as the Primordial Will channeled by the Essence burns all latent and active magical ability from them.
