Mental characteristics
Personal history
Atwabeia has always prioritized her identity as a Dacciian above all else. Although she served as an auxiliary legionnaire for ten years, starting at the age of twenty, her loyalty has always been to her home and her people rather than to the Empire. During her time in the Auxiliary, she met the love of her life, a Desi mercenary named Heios Arisim Tilulegos. When they married in 1419 LE, she left the legions to focus on maintaining their home. The following year, in 1420 LE, she gave birth to their daughter, Croië Arisim Appelcima Atwabeialega.
In 1421 LE, due to her jealousy over his affection for Atwabeia, a Vula in the legion took offense to Heios, who was innocent of any crime. This Vula managed to falsely implicate him in a capital offense and ensured he was executed before the Eipeosco could learn of the situation and intervene. Enraged by the injustice, Atwabeia attacked the Vula, inflicting serious wounds. When the Eipeosco became aware of the incident, he conducted an investigation but ultimately chose not to discipline the Vula, stating that Atwabeia's assault should be punishment enough. On that day, Atwabeia’s heart hardened against Calpian justice, and she vowed to be the enemy of the empire for the rest of her life.
In 1430 LE, she seized her opportunity. With the empire under assault by the Divinity of Rogiq in the north, she quickly traveled from village to village and tavern to tavern, rallying support from the cautious populace. She also incited several tribes of the Nadho orcs against the empire. On the 10th of Ins that year, she led a small but well-trained group of veterans and orcish warriors against the command and control center of the Dacciian Legionary Government, achieving total victory in just a few hours. Her warriors publicly hailed her as "Pala," which means "Victor."
On the 12th day of Ins in 1430 LE, Atwabeia capitalized on her route of the Dacciian Legionary Government and declared herself R̂idia (Queen) of Dacciia.
