Starting Stats/Skills
Base Stats are scaled from 1-10 with each costing 1 AP to increase, (Ex: A 4 in Battle IQ would cost 4 AP). Each skill is scaled from Level 0-5 with each level costing twice the AP of that level, (Ex: Level 1 Genjutsu would cost 2 AP, while Level 2 Genjutsu would cost 6 AP cumulatively).
