Summary
Jove was a humanoid who was once from Kol. Some faeries lured him through a gate into the feywild when he was a child. Jove lost his original name and identity to a satyr almost immediately. Fortunately for him, a mechanical cat unseelie warrior bought him for two songs and a promise of a good day long passed. This patron became a father like to Jove and often said the harengon was "very important to him." One day the Witch King showed up. The cat sacrificed himself to the the mighty fey so that Jove could escape. He was rude to a school of doubt trout and found himself pulled through another gate back into Kol. Jove is one of two known harengons of Kol. Before he met Hoppah he didn't know another one of his kind existed here. Jove had met some in back in the Feywild though. Jove's mannerisms are very fey like. He knows and remembers plenty more about the Feywild than the Kol. Like any fey, Jove struggles to resist doing whatever is most interesting or dramatic for the moment. He also has a somewhat blue/orange morality. The fey's morality in the Feywild would be considered "constructed and spontaneous." His spontaneity can be destructive and risky but the harengon always remains laser focused on the long game. This spontaneity also helps him find the beauty and magic in almost everything. This is contrasted by the horrific prophecies he can hear and the strange dreams that have plagued him all his life. Jove struggles with deciding what he wants. A part of him wants to go back home to the Feywild. Another part of him wants to restore himself back to what or who he was before he fell into the Feywild.Notable Items
