The language of Neta is officially codified into a writing system, allowing for more efficient and longer-lasting communication.


As Tajj Netan society continues to grow at a rapid pace, the scholar Rai Qaidhal finds it necessary to create an official writing system for the common language of Neta. Previously, the use writing in Tajj Neta has been restricted to messages left by hunters for one another, carved vertically into the soft bark of paper birch trees. This style is adapted and developed to the point of usability in all manner of craft and office, and it is not long after the discovery of writing that other technologies begin to progress rapidly, as information is shared much more readily across the Empire, from the northern tribes of the Broken Lands all the way to the southern cities of Utaszu and Ununanun.   Below, a sample of the Netan writing style is provided:
