Ring, very rare (requires attunement) This iron band is flecked with onyx pieces and always cold to the touch. While you wear the ring, creatures you score a critical hit against must succeed on a DC 15 Charisma saving throw or be frightened of you for 1 minute. Creatures who fail this saving throw can repeat it at the end of their turns ending the frightened condition on a success.
