Simon the Traveller, is a man that seems to be everywhere. Frequenting all the courts, participating in festivals, worldwide. Observing Trials of Honour in Imnbrene, Exploring new finds in the Great Wastes and be present as a great ancient wyrm takes its final breath. A charming man in later middle years, intelligent and wise, quick with a joke or a sharper rebuke. A man with the most amazing head for history, that he alone, rivalsthe the knowledge for in the Great Library of Safehaven.
Not only is he “Everywhere”, but it seems he has been “Everywhen!”.
The Truth is for the last 1743 years Simon the Traveller has been everywhere … or so it seems. Currently there is not just one Simon the Traveller, but 56, all full clones, with the memory of all past Simon’s that have returned to Fordenthyne Manor, deep in the floating city of Lark, Capital Floating City of the Kingdom of the Sky Princess.
The beginnings of The Unenders is a little vague. What is know is that a scientist from the Ondarian civilization modified a status tank to act like regenerating clone tank. Coupled with a memory assement array. Simon the Traveller and his “Brothers” have lived amongst the various peoples of the Knownworld.
Central to the Manor is the Travel Cube. Heavily modified, the original stasis tanks is an amalgamated mix if salvaged tech and magical parts. Every century sees the need to acquired more of the old buildings surrounds the Manor, to store the memories acquired from the Simons.
The Simon's live for political intrigue. Their agenda is to unify the human realms across the globe and it was their involvement that help overturn the Tilrisian global dominance. Whilst most Simon's are bookish and don't know one end of a swords from another. For a generation 12 Simon's became swords master and generals, and 2 spies infiltrating the upper echelons of Tilrisian leadership.
