Merchants Quarter

The Merchant's Quarter is a heavily guarded corner of The City-State of Sirom on the first level that stretches from the northern entrance to the city to a port on the river, where mercantile barges come and go.
This area is primarily for business, including banks, shipping companies, and outposts for international businesses to perform business within the city. Though there are some civiliain-accessible markets on the periphery of the quarter, selling rare items from far away.
