Liùsaid

Liùsaid is an underground Dwarven City-State just to the south and east of City-State of Sirom. This was originally one of the seven great Dwarven Kingdoms, though its first ruler, King Liùs the Only, formed the city-state into a democracy.
Liùsaid is Sirom's closest ally. While Liùsaid is far less diverse, its people generally share Sirom's multicultural, forward-thinking ideals.
It is assumed that many of the forces that partook in reclaiming Sirom in 1776 entered through passages that connected to Liùsaid
