City Watch

The City Watch of Sirom is the city's primary internal law enforcement. They patrol in the most populated areas, and may be called to respond to crimes in progress. Though a large portion of the City Watch is dedicated to internal record-keeping and bureaucracy.  The head of the City Watch is the High Marshall.
The City Watch is not particularly popular among the populace, who view them as ineffective and fine-pushers. Due to this, they tend to work closely with Bluehearts and rely on their volunteers, even though that faction is not officially associated with the city government.
