Visker

Viskers are a type of arcane faery who frequently live in high population urban areas such as cities or villages.  They appear as average size winged humanoid creatures who have an innate ability to teleport.  They have no formal social structure, and live primarily vagabond lifestyles, hiding in alleyways and stealing.  This is not to say they are destitute, but rather actively choose and enjoy this mischievous life.
