The Warlock Council

The Warlock (also called Zar’Ilmask) Council is the ruling faction of the 13 most powerful Zar’Ilmask symbiotes who reside within the Shadow Spire of the Abyss. They attain their seats through deception, manipulation, and outright murder. Any seated member, much like all things in the Abyss, must constantly defend their station from outsiders.
The council was created by Mynista Kilsek, a powerful sorceress who called upon the demons she once served to grant them sanctuary in the Abyss. From there, the council forged their home in the Shadow Spire -- a tall towering structure home to the most powerful demon lords of the Abyss. While Mynista created the council, it was Ravenheart who would lead them, for he was the first and strongest among them all. No one dared to ever challenge his power, even when he became imprisoned by the Circle of Ten for fear that when he eventually became free, he would come to claim his seat back.
