Orin, Guardian of the Marshlands

Orin is the primal turtle spirit of protection. He was a guardian of the marshes and swamps, claiming his domain in what is now Drega'mire. While he was alive, his presence influenced the flora of the land, causing it to be incredibly fertile marshlands. He is commonly worshipped by the lizardkin tribes of the land - particularly the Eberdawn [water] tribe. While Orin was dead, his spirit remained in the land, and he communicated with heroes nearly a decade later, showing them his history and naming them his champions. To this day, his spirit protects the land, and its inhabitants.
