Description:

Aerilon is a walled city with the castle situated in its center. The city is divided into several districts, including the noble district, the merchant district, the craftsmen district, and the slums. The main gate is located on the eastern wall and opens up onto the King's Road, the main thoroughfare that runs through the city. The castle is located at the northern end of the King's Road.


The noble district is located in the northwestern part of the city and is home to the city's wealthy elite. The district features large, elegant mansions with well-manicured gardens and wide, cobbled streets. The merchant district is situated to the east of the noble district and is a busy area filled with shops, inns, and taverns. The craftsmen district lies to the south of the merchant district and is where the city's skilled artisans ply their trades. The slums can be found in the southeastern part of the city and are home to the city's poor and destitute.


The River Aeron flows from east to west through the center of the city, dividing it into two halves. Several bridges cross the river, including the main bridge that leads to the castle's main gate. The castle itself is a large, imposing structure made of limestone, featuring a dry moat, a drawbridge, and a stout gatehouse with a portcullis. Inside the castle walls are the keep, the barracks, and various other buildings.

Population: Approximately 15,000 people

Races: Humans, elves, dwarves, halflings, gnomes, and half-elves are the most common races in Aerilon. There may also be some half-orcs and other races present, but they would likely be a minority.
