Galactic NOVA Unit Powers And Abilities

Galactic NOVA units are wishgranters, and thus their powers are both mindboggling and vast. As such, they cannot be said to have a specific "category" of abilities, rather it's more useful to talk about what they do with those powers.
All NOVAs share the same base abilities and characteristics, with individual units varying in how they choose to use those powers.
Elemental Alignment
All NOVAs are light-aligned, similar to most things in the Kirby universe, but are unique in the sheer potency of their light magic. NOVAs are so immensely and overwhelmingly light-drenched that being in their mere presence is enough to severely harm dark-aligned beings. This was of course intentional on the Ancients' part; in a standard light-against-dark magic conflict, a NOVA wins every time on numbers alone. Only 02 himself outguns them when it comes to concentration of one's element.
Because of this, NOVAs give off a subtle version of the good feelings aura that dream fountains emanate. Whereas the emotional influence is the whole point of the fountains, for NOVAs it's simply a side-effect of how they are built, and also to complement the fact that their prime duty is to bring happiness with wishes. A NOVA is always pleasant to be around.
Omniscience
In order to grant wishes properly, you have to know what you're doing. As such, all NOVAs come equipped with multiple features to ensure that they will never misstep in their duties. Every NOVA undergoes both extensive education during their training, as well as in-built programming to install them with all the vast knowledge of the Ancients. That is only the mechanical side, however: NOVAs are also quite literally all-seeing and all-knowing. As fixed points, this omniscience also transcends time; NOVAs have flawless future vision and can see into the past, or any point in time for that matter. As a result of this, and as an extension of being fixed points, all NOVA units are also dimension straddlers. Every NOVA unit, because they can see across time and into different realities, exists simultaneously across those dimensions. Because of this, any given NOVA is the same NOVA no matter which reality you encounter them in. If you asked a NOVA from one universe about what they were doing in another universe, they would be able to tell you.
When used actively in the pursuit of specific knowledge, this omniscience is nicknamed "the godsense". In the same way that you might know everything about a particular subject but have to actively recall this knowledge, so too do NOVAs. This for both practical and emotional reasons; on the practical side, having their godsense on all the time is a resource drain and, depending on how old the NOVA unit in question is, can take up a fair chunk of their focus. Additionally, being omniscient all the time kind of sucks. Immensely. Most NOVAs prefer to live in the present, so as to fully and authentically experience their lives. Living with knowledge of everything, particularly the future, can induce massive stress.
Godsense is largely used to look at the future and check the outcomes of a NOVA's actions during the research phase of a wish. If you were to ask a NOVA, "what will happen if I do this?", they would be able to give you the perfect answer. However, this future-checking actually tends to be mostly irrelevant, because of the main arm of a NOVA's power...
Omnipotence
There's no two ways about it: to grant wishes, you have to be a reality warper. Wishgranting requires incomprehensible amounts of power, because you need to be able to do anything. There are very, very few limitations to a NOVA's power, and these limitations are largely moral in nature as to whether or not a NOVA unit agrees to the content of a wish. Because of this, there is little to actually write in this section. "Can a NOVA do this?" Yes. "Could a NOVA theoretically..." Also yes. As a combination of their innate power and their incredible intelligence, NOVAs can use any school of magic, any power, any skillset imaginable. The only hard limit they experience is the elemental one: NOVAs cannot use dark magic without hurting themselves and a massive expenditure of energy. And even then, that's not a "they literally can't do this" limit, it's just a "they shouldn't" limit.
