The mortal plane was in complete chaos. Battles on very front, civilizations barely hanging on, innocent noncombatants constantly being caught in the crossfire. The constant destruction shook the very world beneath their feet.
  After so many years of this, the noise and vibrations stirred some of the dragons, who'd gone to sleep alongside The Great Mother. The first to wake, Ka'Ulahi, woke nine of her siblings and some of the eggs that had formed around them. They flew from their hidden sanctuary up to the surface of the world, immediately attacking the Titans and Qoroth in order to quiet the world, lest they accidentally wake The Mother.
