Despite most all the world being a frozen waste and the seas stilled, small streams began to flow below the surface. New rivers formed in ice covered ravines, and the ancient springs of the world's beginning still held their glow. As the endless storm clouds blocked out the sun, night brought with it a new light, massive and shining a beautiful sapphire blue: Ami, the first moon.
