Many of the people who'd accepted the offer for power in the ruins of Mother's Valley began to reappear in the world, but with new abilities, and strange new appearances. Some were as pale as snow, with a cold chill that followed their every step. They seemed to have an appetite for destruction, with a special interest in followers of The Kith. These new, dark magic wielders became known as Harbingers.
