Cinemechanix v23

The Cinemechanix rules have gone through several complete redesigns and even more partial rewrites, so it's hard to say exactly how many distinct game systems I've written in an attempt to get to the one I'm looking for. That being the case, I've decided to give the current draft the Discordian magic number of 23 in hopes that it will be the final one.
