Bounty: Dragon Sighting!

Residents of Twinwater have reported seeing the outline of a dragon in the skies south of Candlemere flying in the area between the Sellen Hills and the lower forests of the Narlmarches. 

Reward: The Lumberjacks trade consortium is offering a reward of 400 GP for the confirmed kill of the beast.
