Balour

Appearing as a massive, craggy, rough hewn walking boulder, Balour is slow and ponderous in his actions, but very thoughtful. Even though he is often at odds with Feirrosa and Aeriona, he acts with great amounts of respect towards them. Rayabou and him get along very well, he seems to to enjoy the Water Lord's company and will often talk about nothing for years at a time.
Though appearing as male in almost all of his depictions, Balour is not interested in the more feminine entities, instead enjoying the company of males. The only known exception to this is Yona, who he maintains a cordial, if chilly, relationship with.
This does not mean he does not take on female pupils, just that if they try their "feminine wiles" on him, it does nothing and will sometimes upset him and make him visibly uncomfortable.
