The Changes with Gods
The God War had many casualties, not just mortals.
Gods that had perished during the war:
Ao, the one above all.
Potentis, God of Avarice (Died during the events of Campaign 1)
While the Void Maiden did not die, she had to separate her form to make sure the universe didn't fall into chaos.
Shar the Lady of Loss was usurped by The Raven Queen.

The Raven Queen is now the new Lady of Loss, after betraying Shar
The new god of Innevitibility and Avarice, Taal'siir has now taken his throne, thanks to Potentis being dead.
Mekhane is now a whole god thanks to the events of Campaign 1, and the Apotheosis campaign
Yaldabaoth, God of Flesh and the brother of Mekhane, has been freed from containment, let loose somewhere in the world, hidden.
Altascura is confirmed dead by the end of the events of Act 1
The Uprising Gods:
Yyras'ta: An up and coming God wanting to take Umberlee's spot, he wishes to command the tides and waves, and eventually make all of Toril an ocean.
He was separated by Taal'siir, making sure that Toril would be safer from an inevitable mass flood. He now has reliquares scattered around Toril, the feywilds and the shadowfell, to which he awaits his chosen to obtain them all, to which he will offer "Wonder."
His chosen has not been picked according to researchers.
He commands over a Arcane Domain.
Bellatah:
Known as the Daughter of the Void Maiden, Hero of Baldur's Gate, or the Blue Angel, has managed to ascend to godhood after Sanica wished to the Void Maiden to grant Bellatah's greatest wish, due to her being his best friend. Bellatah wished to be a goddess of warriors, and so she did. She now serves as a guide to good aligned warriors, such as War Domain Clerics, Path of The Zealot Barbarians, and some Drow who left the Old God's ways.
The New God of Innevitiblity:
Now in a war with Tiamat, to take their place as the god of greed and chaos, they are an anarchist within the god pantheon. They were throned as the God of Innevitiblity after killing Potentis with the Group known as Freedom's Fist. He now roams around Toril, not caring too much for the other God's opinions on mortals.
The Archkell: Considered the god of the Eliksni, residing in the feywilds. His main goals are causing mischief amongst the people, never doing any real harm. The Archkell will always take care of his children.
