Resonance District
The Resonance District, known more frankly as the "Couple's District" is an unofficial subdistrict within the Kiln's longterm residency district, named as such because of how frequently couples settle, are formed, or are reinforced within it's bounds.
Though as an unofficial district it doesn't have a true start date, the first mentions of the Couple's district occurred sometime in 2007, when a married specialist couple of the Hall of Training settled in the area, joining similar couples from the training, management, and research halls. The loose association grew over the year, and by Valentine's Day 2008, weeks after an initially unlucky placement led to a new couple being formed, the name had stuck, the area covering a radius of about 8 districts.
It recieved the moniker of the Resonance District in April of that year, after a group of specialists from the Hall of Management decided to formalize it's existence, even if an official sanction was unlikely to happen.
By the time of Patricia Rosewell's tenure as Head Administrator, the area's reputation had spread across the organization. A small market would form around it, wherein Kindled would attempt to transfer to or near the Resonance District in hopes of testing their relationships with partners and significant others, or in some cases improving them.
