Vorston's Messenger

Vorston's Messenger is a minor fiend and takes the form of a withered corpse wearing rusted armor and a ragged hood atop a withered horse. The Messenger's voice sounds old and ragged, and echoes as if it is emmitted from within a metal container. They possess no mind of their own and are controlled directly by Vorston, the Frigid King, who is able to speak and perform simple actions directly through the fiend. The Messenger can also unleash the Rings of Frigid Wrath upon potential vicitms.
The Messenger is incapable of combat. The Messenger can be killed, but can easily be summoned again by Vorston.
