Minister Pollock Zaphriel

Pollock Zaphriel is the current Minister of Arcane Affairs in Novodelia. He personally oversees the ministry's activities and is present for most ministry missions. Zaphriel was responsible for the necrotic attack on Guksar, Tarstan, and is partially responsible for the terror attack at Faromire Hall. Zaphriel also was responsible for the secret assassination of Duke Albain of Novodelia. He has been known to have a secret relationship with Queen Aveline of Novodelia, and is working with Father Caligo Jormandr to aid Vorston in bringing about the Frigid Wrath.
Zaphriel and the Ministry of Arcane Affairs are responsible for the imprisonment and enslavement of many people, including Vil and Vynevia Dralosi.
For gameplay purposes, Zaphriel uses the Archmage statblock.
