Mathnese

The people of Mathna, the Emerald Kingdom, have a culture surrounding tourism, trade, and luxury. Mathna is one of the richest countries in Kindevion, namely due to its natural abundance of emeralds, diamonds, and other precious gems which are highly sought after the world over. Most Mathnese individuals have darker skin and chocolate-brown or sun-bleached hair.

Mathna's culture can easily be divided into two classes; the working and merchant class and the noble class. Mathnese workers are predominantly gem miners, who work long hours toiling away to harvest these gems with little pay. Mathnese merchants gather in cities along the Sparkling Coast to sell gems, trinkets, and other desirable goods to nobles and tourists. Many of these merchants gather in the Palm of Guinevere, the largest market in the world and located in the capital city of Velond. The nobles of Mathna spend their time enjoying life's luxuries and representing the people of the Emerald Kingdom in the international community.

Mathna's primary religion is the Ring of Divinity and their official spoken language is the common tongue.
