Dragons

Dragons are powerful, lizard-like creatures capable of flight, telepathic communication, and elemental breath. The color of a dragon determines which element it breathes. Dragons can communicate with any creature by way of telepathic thought transmission and have intelligence higher than that of humans.
Dragons grow in both size and power in accordance with mortal beings' perceived fear of them. The more a dragon is feared, the larger and stronger it becomes. Dragons are also able to change form to resemble a humanoid of their choosing, which they often do to infiltrate certain groups and accomplish personal goals.
