Ephie, as she is affectionately referred to by her mostly human friends and associates, is quite likely the youngest High Elf on Khthon though none of her compatriots know it. In addition to using her shortened pseudonym she relies on her ancestral magic to disguise herself as a half elf to attract less attention. Her informal name among her own people is Everlasting Memory Of Ephemeral Spring Blossoms, and her formal name is so long it's seldom used even among her people, likely due to overzealousness accrued in the long gap between High Elf births. A full recitation of her formal name would take from sunrise to sunset, require several musical instruments, and likely many collaborating singers if it was attempted by a non-elf. Strangely for one of the Splendid she has a deep affinity for forests more akin to one of the Unfettered. Strangely for either, she has a nearly equal affinity for worked farmland and artificial gardens. She has used this affinity to single-handedly revolutionize the agriculture and infrastructure of Kasmenetros, magically creating and meticulously maintaining the many terrace gardens on the mountain slopes and the lush fields in the valley. The great trees which form the bridges between the city districts are her work as well. No one has been able to extract any answer as to how she chose or arrived at her adopted home, nor where she came from but the citizens nearly without exception would sooner die than see her leave.
Education
The darling of Kasmenetros does not appear to have had any formal education, but her incredible intuition and natural wisdom means she's rarely more than a conversation or two away from subject matter excellence if her interest can be maintained.
Employment
Though there is no formal arrangement, the government of Kasmenetros grants Ephie anything she requires or desires in exchange for the incredible bounty she provides them.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Ephie has turned the largest per capita food importer in Hellenis into a significant exporter instead, and linked the city's three lower districts together with great bridges held aloft by gargantuan trees.
