Captain Eileithyia the Red is perhaps the most easily recognizable member of the Captains' Council due to her distinctive scars and enormous mane of bright red hair. There is some significant debate over whether her epithet comes from that hair, the copious amounts of blood her company has spilled in her name, or her rarely seen but explosively violent temper. None of these things are what makes her stand out from her peers, however, instead it is the fact that she is by a large margin the most respected captain of any company of those who never personally go into battle with their subordinates. Eileithyia instead earns respect through being a consummate diplomat and having access to incredible intelligence on most of the players in Hellenis through her lesser known talent for spycraft. It also doesn't hurt that she puts all of her charm and acquired intel to work negotiating absurdly high rates for her Red Rabble, paying them the highest per capita rate of all Kasmene companies on almost every contract.
Education
The captain of the Red Rabble clearly had a quality education and extensive training in courtesy, diplomacy, and negotiation but none of the specifics are known, likely because she expertly hid the knowledge herself using the very skills that would be revealed by it: a prodigious talent for espionage.
Mental Trauma
Very few among her inner circle are familiar with even a fraction of the details, but any who know her long enough come to know what most who see her scars guess: Eileithyia was once deeply wronged and has been affected deeply by it. What none yet truly understand is that every single move she's made since before anyone knew her name has been dedicated entirely towards someday delivering vengeance to the object of her ire. Her worship of Urag, patron of vengeance, is so fanatical that he has bestowed on her his mark: her signature red hair. She was born a brunette.
