Arthus Lightbringer

Arthus Lightbringer is the King of Aundair and the 5th monarch of that nation. He is the Son of Barvette Lightbringer. Arthus hopes to reunite the five nations with himself on the throne. He has ruled Aundair for 24 years. He is married to Sasha D'Vadalis who gave up her house position to become a member of the Aundairian nobility. As a result of this Arthus is often accused of favouritism towards House Vadalis but in actual fact Arthus goes out of his way to ensure that Vadalis receives no especial treatment. In addition to his wife, he has three children, and the extended royal family also consists of his four siblings.
He is a noted diplomat, both cautious and clever and adept at all the games of intrigue payed at court. Although appearing to relinquish power to other notables he still manages to assert his authority at a moments notice. His silver tongue and charismatic presence allows him to convince even his most determined detractors with ease.
