Izij orphographies & romanizations

As much as romanisations aren't exactly the most interesting thing, they are important since I do not want to constantly specify the IPA (as it doesn't work to put in tooltips in certain places) when dropping Izij words articles. So, I have decided to. But also, since I don't want to bloat articles, I think this is the best place to put the writing system.

Romanisation

Goals of my romanisation

  • Represent alophony
  • Be somewhat readable to my audience. Which looking at my romanisation, I didn't exactly acheive.
  • Don't use diacritics unless necessary
  • Proto-Theqhana

Proto-Theqhana is the protolanguage named for Tixan Region, the most eastern region of Khalan.
