Limb regeneration

This spell hasn’t been used for at least 700 years. In each instance of its use the results were the same each time: complete limb regeneration. The only reason it’s not done very often is because of the…side effects.

Effect

This spell is designed to regenerate a lost limb.

Side/Secondary Effects

These vary widely from person to person and the type of wyvern the blood comes from. Death is an uncommon yet possible danger, particularly in instances with things like legs that are completely gone and wounds that are old. The wyvern are aware of this procedure and the risks involved.

Material Components

This spell is fairly simple in its needs. It requires a sharp blade and a wyvern to donate their blood. It works better with a live wyvern.

Gestures & Ritual

The wyvern needs to chant a spell in their native tongue while their blood mingles with that of the injured party.
The process is painful, but once this is done, it can take anywhere from an hour to a few days for the limb to regrow.
