Thorn Glade

The town Thorn glade is nestled in a valley of the Northrend hills. Surrounded by rich soil the town boasts bright vibrant flowers planted in boxes on window sills. The temperate climate allows for long growing periods which makes the town large and appealing to travelers. Tales of the towns successful guild hall the Snake and Scythe attract travelers and adventures from all over the province seeking to hire or find work at the prestigious establishment. The towns people are used to receiving such guests and are always welcoming with their hospitality and charm. Throwing around a few coins in the town would most likely produce some town gossip as well as all the juiciest rumors.
Many of the people visiting the town move on once they have rested or gained a little coin to find their fortune and fame at the port City of Baroo. That is why although the town is quite popular the population stays quite small. The people who live here are family orientated and many of them go back generations.
Dense woods surround the town in the valley, attracting many animals for food and providing another protection against the elements. The woods are culled of any magical creatures as the guild is on retainer with the towns people to keep them save from any magical or evil beast.

Mostly Human with a little Hill Haftling and Dwarven inhabitants.

Government

The town is run by a Mayor who was appointed by the religious ruler of this province. He is a fair human who cares for his people and can often be seen at the Inn harassing the bar maids. The people are taxed but not too much as to bankrupt or make people unable to make ends meet.

Infrastructure

There are one story houses with peaked roofs, smoke billowing out of hard clay chimney plumes.
