A Helm of Tongues

A Helmet, Bronze, +1 To Armour Class
The Helm of Tongues is an uncommon artifact which is a standard looking bronze pot helm, open-faced with cheek plates, and an inner leather skull-cap for comfort, if studied closely there are many symbols of a magical nature, also engraved are tongues, open mouths and lips. The helmet will fit any humanoid or goblinoid as it magically shrinks or enlarges in size for the wearer. The helmet must be Attuned by whomever wishes to wear it (no class restrictions), by placing it upon their head one-time only, sitting in an undisturbed meditative state which takes four hours. Once attuned the owner of the helm can wear it anytime thereafter. The helmet can be worn without using the magical property adding a +1 to AC (Armour Class).
The Magical property of the helm allows the wearer to understand and communicate in any language of Kelios just as a spell of Tongues. The duration lasts one hour and the area of effect is a circle of thirty feet (30ft) with a radius centered on the wearer. The helm can only be used once per day. Only one language can be understood and spoken, so the wearer could converse with several creatures speaking the same language at once, but not able to communicate with a crowd speaking different languages. Communication is only allowed with intelligent creatures with the ability to speak.
