Guns
Guns came to Keikujo around 1000 years after the reign of Mikado. The samurai, of course, found them fascinating, and set to work making their own designs. These guns are matchlock muskets, meaning that while they're effective, they don't render other weapons totally obsolete.
These guns are most effective when used by large forces. Otherwise, their low rate of fire can be cumbersome. The craftsmen of Keikujo have, however, found ways to round out other disadvantages. With the hayago, their special cartirages, these guns are shockingly easy to reload. Special laquered guardboxes allow them to fire even in the rain.
