Admiral Udele Yao

Admiral Udele Yao is a Goliath and leader of East-Haven. She was plucked from the oceans by sailors when she was only a child. She has spent the vast majority of her life at sea in the company of sailors. During this time she has worked for those who could be considered unscrupulous such as pirates. However as East-Haven rose up from nothing as a centralised operational base around 24 years ago not long after the The Mage Wars she truned instead to living a somewhat honest life. She brought a lot of her old pirate crews together and formed the leadership of the new city. It operates under similar rules to those that you might expect at sea.
She has a fiery personality and strong leadership skills. However, it is essential to her leadership role that she be seen to put East-Haven first. A captain that puts others in front of their crew is no captain at all in the eyes of many a hardened sailor and Udele knows this. This has earned her a somewhat selfish reputation on the Xandrian Council ever since East-Haven was inducted into the body.
